The end

"Hi FireFreezer17! It's been 432 (wow, that's a big number) days since you joined Xanga... won't you support us by going premium?"

Heck no!! Lol, who in their right minds would pay for a premium xanga account?

"With Xanga Premium you can add a totally custom module to the left side of your site, filled with whatever you like!"

Lol, oh yeah, that totally makes it worth it...

But seriously, this is my last xanga post ever. I've had this account for a while (as you can see above), but I'm just tired of it now. Xanga is out; it's meant for younger kids, and even
they don't use it anymore, haha. I have a Myspace - www.myspace.com/comtekpk

and a Facebook - http://facebook.com/p.php?id=23926041&l=392f2ce664

Mmm but yeah, I've also stayed with Xanga longer than most people. Thanks so much to everyone who has commented on my entries for years, ever commented, or just read my entries in general; it's always cool to see a nice message. I've actually enjoyed writing in this thing week after week for soo long. I've set up a new blog on a much better site lol; just let me know if you want the link...I've made it so that you can post comments without being a user on the site, so you don't have to sign up or anything. I've also set up a new account for all my pictures (including my new car), so holla at me if you want the link to that one too.  Well Xanga's been tyte (but is out now), lata!!

Life is goood

EDIT: Oh ya and I got a new MySpace Layout =D

http://www.myspace.com/comtekpk

Wow, it's a been while since I updated...too much has happened lol, let me start at the beginning.

Lol okay, so Keller's birthday was a couple of weeks ago. Anna and I went to Petland to get him a gift, and ended up getting him a hamster! He's a Dwarf Rebrowski, whom Keller named Seamus, lol. He's very tiny and EXTREMELY hyper..haha, he was running around like crazy when we picked him out. But yeah, here's a picture:

I'm taking care of him right now while Keller's at Cali...haha, it's so cool seeing him run around in his little ball. So anyways, after that Alex, Sean, Anna, and I met up at Keller's house, set up Seamus's cage and everything and chilled while eating some pizza. After that, we all went to see Pirates of the Caribbean: The Dead Man's Chest!! It was an amazing movie...Davy Jones was an awesome villain (haha, his Dutch accent was tyte)!! Also, the landscapes and graphics looked stunning. POTC ended up earning $140 million at the box office...for the first weekend (breaking the previous record held by Star Wars Episode 3)!!

So, this past Monday....I TURNED 17!!! Haha, it was awesome...thanks everyone so MUCH for the birthday wishes, phone calls, and comments; that was really nice of yall! In the morning I had research for a couple hours, then my family and I went to Don Pablo's (my favorite restaraunt in the world  ), and had some awesome food. In the evening we went to look at the Mitsibushi Eclipse 2007 (The dealerships don't sell 2006 models anymore). It's a very cool car...we've looked at a lot of cars for the past month or so: the Toyota Corolla S, Hyundai Tiburon, Honda Civic, and Eclipse. Right now I think it's narrowed down to the Honda Civic and Eclipse...I'll be absolutely thrilled with either one!! I've test driven both, and the interior of the Civic is really high-tech, and it's a much smoother ride, but the Eclipse has an awesome exterior, and it's freaking race car, haha. If I get an Eclipse, I'll get it in silver, if I get the Civic, black.

EX models add steering wheel-mounted audio controls and a 60 /40 split rear seat.

Honda Civic - I love the tech'd out steering wheel (you can control the radio, volume, etc.)!

Mmk, so yesterday I had research again, I saw Alisha up at Research Park! I'm doing comp. sci. research - lately I've been running some Unix tests. After that, I came home and Jason (who I haven't seen all summer) picked me up and we went to Lifetime! It was tyte, we worked out, which was refreshing as I hadn't done it seriously for a while. Then we swam, and chilled in the hot tub. After that we went to Wendy's and got something to eat, then went to the Stonebriar Mall in Frisco!! Haha, I love those massage chairs in Brookstone, very comfy .

Aite, well that's all for now, lata!

New Orleans

It's my Birthday in two days!

Oh, and I'm seeing Pirates..again! I'll make a real entry later; I don't feel like writing too much right now.

OMG I TALKED TO YUNG JOC TODAY!!!

Remix::  Wow, okay so this is what happened. I woke up this morning (in Embassy Suites, New Orleans). My parents had already gone down for breakfast, and my bro was still sleeping. I went outside my room (still kind of sleepy, I had just gotten up, lol) I pushed the down button in front of the elevator, and there were two other guys already in there. I reached to push the "1st floor" button, but saw that it had already been pressed. Then one of the guys was like "Haha, we're goin the same place you are man." And I was like "Oh yeah, cool". Then I saw that the guy who said that had on huge diamond studs and an enormous diamond encrusted watch...and I looked at him and I was thinking wait a sec..this guy looks familiar, is that Young Joc..and then omg, he said to his friend next to him "Yeah, so remember that crazy thing when we were doing the rehearsel on stage.." and I swear he was giving me a hint, because his friend didn't even know what he was talking about, haha. But yeah, I can't believe I didn't even recognize him!! I was like, nah, it's probably just some guy who looks like him...and then they both left with their bags and everything. We asked the front desk after breakfast if it was him, and the lady (who was really nice btw) told us that yes, that was indeed Young Joc, and he had checked in for the night after his concert last night. Apparently famous celebrities will stay at Embassy since it's a nice hotel in downtown New Orleans. His entourage had come down for breakfast, but he hadn't. But wow, I can't believe I was on the elevator with him all the way down from the 7th floor...if I had recognized him I could've ran up and gotten my digital camera and told him how much I loved his music! But anyways, he seemed like a really cool guy (he's the first celebrity I've met), it was pretty tyte!

Hey all, I'm at New Orleans right now! It's really cool...we've actually been up here a couple times before, but that was before Hurricane Katrina. It's a lot less crowded right now, but very safe as there are police patrolling to give everyone extra protection. For anyone who might have this misconception, the city is NOT underwater, all the water has been cleared out, and all big areas like the French Quarter and Jackson Square are up and running.

We started driving up here yesterday at about 9 AM...reached at about 8 pm. We're staying in downtown in Embassy Suites, and it's really great so far. The food has been fantastic!! Haha, this is why I love staying in Embassy, every morning you go downstairs for breakfast and the chef will cook you whatever you want. The dinner buffet was also very good. I brought my laptop with me; and last night I set up the wireless connection and Keller, Sean, and I recorded our third episode of The Superliminal Experience (podcast)!!  Michele was our guest again! We had some great stuff, so check it out. Here's a link to subscribe: http://www.thekeller.com/podcast.html

So, I saw another very cool car which I'm considering getting...the Hundai Tiburon!! So far we've been looking at the Corolla S, but this one looks really nice too. I especially love the Sporty look:

Oh yeah, and my license came in the other day!! I'm also wondering what to do with the money I'm earning from work...I've had an account set up since last summer (for Tams), with my debit card, checkbook, etc. Unfortunately, you can't work with anything involving risk if you're under 18, as well as different interest options...the most you can do is set up a CD which will double your savings interest rate. Ah well, I'll see later. Lol, and the church group also got back from New Mexico...hope everything was good!!

Onto sports...every American has officially been eliminated from Wimbledon, including last year's finalist Andy Roddick! Roger Federer from Switzerland has won it three times in a row, and I am sure that he will take it again. There really isn't anyone who can match up to his skills...but it will be interesting to see how he plays against Rafael on Nadal on grass, now that the courts have slowed down a bit (Nadal has beaten him two years in a row to win the French Open - clay court grand slam). Also, I can't believe Brazil lost to France!! I thought they would take the World Cup for sure...now I'm hoping Portugal wins. Christiano Ronaldo, their star player, is pretty tyte - at only 21, he's making over $21 million with Manchester United!

So yeah, that's all for now. We're gonna go down to the French Quarter soon. Check out the new podcast! Lata!

Haha, but this video makes me laugh : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QITMqRk7CMI

Hey all! Aite, so time to update again. Stuff has been pretty cool lately. In case you didn't know, I'm working over at Bowen Eye Care. I work a little over 30 hours per week, so yeah it takes up a great deal of my time. I'm an office intern, so right now I'm greeting patients, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, working with insurance stuff (co-pays and all that), and they're also training me to work with the eye measurement/vision machines. But yeah, it's going well...pretty tough at times because of all the new things I'm learning, but it's interesting learning how the business/medical world works.

And...I got my iPod!!! It's soo tyte..60 GB white, video iPod....absolutely amazing; I love it! Lol yeah, I finally understand why soo many people like iPods now. I uploaded some tv episodes, movies, podcasts and ALL of my songs onto it. Haha, I have about 30 gb free now...For movies, I found this awesome program called Videora iPod Converter. It recodes any movie file, .avi, .mpeg,, etc. into .mov (which is required for iPods). It's by far the simplest converting program I have seen; very user friendly!

Oh and speaking of podcasts, Alex, Keller, and I recorded our podcast last night (dubbed The Superliminal Experience, heh heh)!! In case you didn't know, a podcast cast is sort of like a radio show on iTunes that you can subscribe to. There are a huge selection of a podcasts available on iTunes, you basically "subsrcibe" to them, and iTunes will automtically update new episodes onto your iPod once you connect it w/ your computer. You can subscribe to OUR podcast by following these steps : Open iTunes--click on the 'advanced' tab--click 'subscribe to podcast'--in the URL box copy this link " http://thekeller.com/The_Superliminal_Experience.xml". Keller put the whole thing together, and Paul did the XML coding, so propz!! It was a lotta fun doing it! We talked about  forum topics, including News & Politics, Sports, and Entertainment...mmm, I'm not sure when the next one is going up though. Also, check out the new layout of www.thekeller.com.

So, I found out recently that I'm getting a new car!! I'm gonna practice driving my dad's car over the summer, and once Tams starts up again, I'll most likely get a new one!! But yeah, lol, I don't know too much about cars..so my dad and my bro are helping me out w/ it. Today we looked at Corrolla S & CE, and the Yaris. I liked the black and silver models the best .

Man, I'm missing Anna up in New Orleans...haha, Heat should LOSE tomorrow! I think that was totally unfair that Stackhouse was suspended...I think they're getting too soft; the refs are calling everything nowadays. Same thing with the World Cup, a US player and an Italian player got red cards in the game today (as well as many yellow cards). My favorites to win the cup are: Brazil, Argentina, and England. Of course I'm rooting for the US, but it's looking bleak right now...I honestly don't know how we were ranked #5 in the world to begin the World Cup Series.

Mmk, so yall need to check out these links for sure:

Skype -- great program for web conferencing!! A lot better than Aim, and you can call regular phone/cell phone numbers for free!!

iPod Hacks
-- Cool discussion forums for iPod users

www.myspace.com/comtekpk -- Lol, my Myspace

Top of the Evening
-- Very funny movie!!

Oh, yeah, and I'm going to this Indian Classical Music Program tonight, should be pretty cool. And...I'm turning 17 in exactly one month!! Haha, w00t Lata!
